  •  Over-the-counter essentials (pain relievers, motion sickness tablets, etc.)
  •  Basic first aid items (band-aids, antiseptic wipes, etc.)
  •  Doctor’s note for any medical devices or injectable meds (like insulin)

 Electronics & Accessories

  •  Cell phone
  •  Chargers (phone/laptop/tablet)
  •  Power bank / portable charger
  •  Universal travel adapter
  •  Headphones or earbuds
  •  Tablet, e-reader, or laptop (optional)
  •  Tracking device (e.g., AirTag or Tile in your bag)

 Comfort & Extras

  •  Neck pillow, eye mask, earplugs
  •  Snacks (granola bars, nuts, etc.)
  •  Reusable water bottle (empty before security)
  •  Hand sanitizer & disinfecting wipes
  •  Tissues / travel-size toiletries
  •  Change of clothes (in case of delays or lost luggage)
