What to Keep With You
Here’s a solid checklist of general travel essentials your clients should always carry in their carry-on luggage — especially for international trips:
Important Documents
- Passport (valid for at least 6 months)
- Visas (if required)
- Flight tickets / boarding passes (printed and/or digital)
- Travel insurance info
- Hotel & tour confirmations (printed or saved offline)
- Copies of documents (paper or digital backup on phone/cloud)
Money & Payment
- Credit/debit cards (bring more than one)
- Cash in local currency
- Small amount of USD/EUR for emergencies
- Wallet with ID and essentials
Health & Medication
- Prescription medications (in original containers, enough for your trip)
- Over-the-counter essentials (pain relievers, motion sickness tablets, etc.)
- Basic first aid items (band-aids, antiseptic wipes, etc.)
- Doctor’s note for any medical devices or injectable meds (like insulin)
